Filed under: Safaris + Travel @ 10:28 am

For those tourists that have never been on a walking safari in Southern Africa will probably find it difficult to imagine the outstanding wildlife you will probably come up close with. The individuals who come to a walking safari are regular people like you and me, some are into taking wildlife photos, some are into animals but all of them are interested in a new beautiful experience.

The magnificent thing about a wildlife safari is the fact it is so different from a standard holiday to Spain, there are very little families. Each African walking safari company will provide an English speaking guide to take you through the marvellous areas of South Africa. The most popular animals you can see are lions. The aforementioned terrific animals are not tame and of course do not play with them. If you are interested in taking wildlife photographs of the rhinos you should make sure you turn off the flash as you do not want to scare the wildlife. The wonderful wildlife in South Africa may put a big smile on your face.

If you would enjoy to discover more about breathtaking safaris in Southern Africa you might often use the search engines to happen upon a safari company that offers holidays from the UK, the prices can often range from 400 pounds to eight hundred pounds. If you need to get away use Kaingo for an African Safari.

Read This Article if you Do Not Believe in Santa Clause

Filed under: Safaris + Travel @ 2:34 am

If you are reading this article I see you no longer believe in Old Christopher Cringle. I realize it is a simple story and you probably need to be better baffled with BS to buy into such a story. But the book did make a lot of sense you have to admit? May I ask why you do not believe in Santa Clause? Do you have something against Red or Rudolph with his nose so bright, what is the real deal here? Do you live in a Blue State and just are seeing too much red these days and are upset?

Why is it you do not believe in this Santa Clause character? Don’t you believe in the book, you can read all about it, it is all there you know, chapter by chapter, page by page? Did your Mom never read you the story when tucking you into bed during a cold December’s night? Do you not believe in Santa Clause because the story is about an invisible guy, who is watching you day and night to make sure if you are good or bad? Why haven’t you developed a personal relationship with Christopher Cringle? Why haven’t you dedicated your life to him and lived an honest life and been good?

We should develop places where people can go to be with Santa Clause. Buildings and set up support structures and Christmas Story Telling and Schools. Maybe we can have these schools on Sunday. Of course we will need some money too. We should ask everyone to pay just a little bit of their earnings, let’s say 10% or so. We already have the books, they myth, the story and we all want to be good little humans right? So why not do it. I cannot believe people do not believe in Santa Clause, it makes no sense, obviously Santa Clause is real, why else would so many people be reading that good book of the fat man in the red suit? Think on what I am saying here.

    The Seville region of Spain

Filed under: Safaris + Travel @ 7:51 pm

    SEVILLE

Seville (Sevilla), the capital of Andalucia stands on the banks of the Rio Guadalquivir which has sculpted the surrounding landscape and left the area a fertile plain, perhaps one of the reasons that Seville is such a beautiful city with its lush sub tropical gardens.

You need at least a few days in which to explore Seville, though falling in love with this ancient city will take far less time. Exploring by foot is the best way to get to know Sevilla, La Arenal is a good place to start. The port of Seville was once here, before the river silted up and the area took a downward turn, becoming entwined with the notorious underworld. However after the river was converted to a canal, the area began to regain its previous glory. Today boat trips can be taken down the river to view Seville from the peace of the water. The Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza is Seville’s bullring and built in the 18th century is one of the oldest in Spain. The arena seats up to 14000 and visitors can take guided tours here. Bullfighting season beings on Easter Sunday and lasts until October.

Santa Cruz is the old Jewish quarter, a literal maze of narrow streets, and small sunny squares hiding tapas bars, plazas and quaint gardens. Excellent bars and restaurants can be found here. Seville’s cathedral towers above the Jewish quarter and was previously the site of a large mosque when Sevilla was under Moorish rule. Don’t leave Seville without visiting one of its wonders, the Reales Alcazares, Royal Palace. The palace is a work of art in itself and the beauty of the buildings, facades and gardens will take your breath away.

Leaving the city into the region also known as Seville, we find a countryside of distinctive flavours. The area around Seville, as mentioned previously is a fertile farmland, La Campina. To the north of the region you’ll find the La Colmarca de la Sierra a mountainous area with lots of options for outdoor activities.
